SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. This applies to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
